Tim is a mission-driven, innovative, and seasoned leader with 20+ years of experience in the social impact sector. He joined PiAf as the Development Director in March of 2024 and is beyond grateful for the opportunity to work with a dynamic and talented team of individuals, while cultivating support for the organization’s incredibly impactful mission.
Upon completion of his undergraduate degree, Tim spent several years providing direct care to marginalized individuals and communities in Haiti, Peru, and inner-city Philadelphia. Collectively, these experiences enhanced not only his understanding of the complexities of systemic poverty, neglect, and abuse, but also the resources and expertise required to improve situations for those in need. In his professional career, Tim held multiple leadership roles with the West Side Federation for Senior and Supportive Housing, an affordable and supportive housing provider in New York City, including Associate Director of Operations, assisting with oversight of the agency’s $35 million budget. Prior to joining PiAf, Tim served as the Chief Operating Officer at The Center for Great Expectations, a mental and behavioral health provider in New Jersey, serving primarily at-risk women and children through a diverse range of programming. In each of his positions, Tim has worked tirelessly to uplift mindful, resilient, and equitable communities while consistently maintaining a collaborative and community-focused outlook.
Beyond his professional commitments, Tim currently serves on several boards and councils, including the East Brunswick Board of Education, Human Relations Council, and Business and Economic Growth Commission, as well as the Advisory Board for the Franciscan Volunteer Ministry.
Tim received his undergraduate degree from Fairfield University and his MBA from the University of Findlay. He and his wife, Kristy, live in central NJ and are the proud parents of three energetic children. When he is not spending time with his family, he can usually be found jogging or meeting someone for coffee.
