Allie Stauss is a manager of sustainability at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), a North American beverage company with a portfolio of 125+ iconic brands. Since joining KDP in 2021, Allie has managed KDP’s responsible sourcing program for coffee and led the company’s broader strategy around regenerative agriculture, climate adaptation, and economic resilience in the source communities of KDP’s priority raw agricultural materials.
Allie draws from her 10+ years of experience to create value while living her values. Prior to joining KDP, she worked in NGO TechnoServe’s coffee division, where she helped secure $58 million over 5 years to support >200K smallholder farmers to become more resilient in the face of climate change and market instability. Allie previously held roles at PepsiCo, the African Cashew Alliance, and the US Department of Agriculture where she supported efforts to leverage agriculture as a vehicle for economic uplift and ecological regeneration.
Allie has been a speaker at the Specialty Coffee Association and a guest lecturer at Georgetown University, Boston University, and Colorado State University. She serves on the advisory council of the Sustainable Coffee Challenge and is a member of the Global Coffee Platform’s taskforce for regenerative agriculture.
Allie has lived and worked in over a dozen African and Latin American countries. She holds an MBA from Colorado State University and a BA in International Relations from American University.
